Birth Plan
Our Birth Plan includes 3 pages for Mama to complete that will clearly convey your desires before, during, and after labor and delivery.
This is a tool that empowers Mama to take control of her birthing experience. Once complete, it should be placed back in the folder which Joí Iman supplies for you and then placed in your hospital bag.
Once you begin laboring, you will submit to your birthing team so that they are aware of your desires and plan throughout the process.
Note: Embrace the fact that at any moment, your desires can change...It is ok! Just be true to yourself and honor your needs and what YOU deem is best for you and baby!
Tip: Scan and save to your phone or other electronic device that is easily accessible for your record and when the time comes!
