Grief Plan
Our Grief Plan includes 3 pages for Mama to complete while navigating the journey of grief.
This is a tool that empowers Mama to take control of her journey. Once complete, it should be given to spouse/partner and other vital members of her village. This tool is to ignite an urgency for self-care and serve as a discussion starter regarding the needs of Mama during this uncertain and difficult time. It is the responsibility of Mama to utilize this without question and for vital members of her village to support her needs as outlined and encourage her along the way!
Note: Embrace the fact that at any moment, your desires and needs can change as you go through various stages of grief...It is ok! Just be true to yourself and honor your needs and what YOU deem is best for YOU First, then your village!
